Living the Grape Life and The Mansion invite you to TooCUTErie, a hands-on charcuterie workshop where the boards are beautiful, the wine is flowing, and the only rule is to have fun as you make new friends.
Whether you're a seasoned foodie or you've never arranged a snack in your life, this class is for you. Come solo, bring your partner, or round up your friends for an afternoon of delicious discovery.
Here's what's on board:
- Master the art of building a stunning charcuterie spread from scratch
- Explore wine pairings with cured meats, artisanal cheeses, fresh produce, nuts, breads, and gorgeous garnishes
- Work as a team to design and build a showstopping large-format board
- Meet your neighbors, make new friends, and bond over tantalizing food and great wine
- Every class participant receives exclusive gifts—and the winning team takes home cool prizes and the title of Inaugural TooCUTErie Champion!
All supplies are provided. You just show up hungry and ready to learn something delicious.
A note for class participants: Your ticket includes the full hands-on workshop experience, wine tastings, exclusive gifts, and the team prize competition — all things reserved just for you. At the conclusion of the class, the event opens to fellow Mansion residents, who are invited to admire your work, taste your creations, and vote on the best board. Think of them as your very appreciative audience.
