FAQs:
This event is Licensed All Ages.
Any patrons under 18 must attending with their Parent or Legal Guardian. Under 18 Patrons must purchase an under 18’s ticket which is available at point of purchase.
This is a GA standing event, there will be some limited seating around the venue.
There are no pass outs
Due to ticket scalpers and ticket resale websites If you have purchased a ticket from our non-official ticket seller, we cannot guarantee your entry.
Bar and food will accept Cash & Card
Free water will be available
Take care of your mates, if you are drinking make sure you eat and drink plenty of water.
If you have driven to the event make sure you have your legend/designated driver.
When exiting we are here to help send you home safely. Please make sure you follow the instructions of the police and traffic management as you leave the event.
Please respect our neighbours when exiting the event.
In the event of a cancellation, exchanges and refunds will be processed according to AU consumer law.

WHAT TO BRING
A valid event ticket
Good vibes
Valid ID, everyone’s ID will be checked at the entry gate
Cash and or your card
Mobile phone with a full battery or a battery pack, there are no charging stations at the event
WHAT NOT TO BRING
No blankets
No chairs of any type
No eskies
No alcohol
No hampers, home-made, commercial, or packaged store-bought food
Please ensure you check the full prohibited items list before arrival. No bags bigger than A4.
Bad attitude, we have a no tolerance approach. If patrons/ticket holders are causing other patrons to feel intimidated or uncomfortable you will be asked to leave the event (without a refund or re-entry).
Will I need my ID?
Yes, This event is for ALL ages and licensed. The following forms of ID are accepted:
A valid driver or riders licence or permit (issued by and Australian State or Territory)
Valid Passport
Proof of Age card issued by a public authority or the Commonwealth or of another State or Territory for the purpose of attesting to a person’s identity and age
Keypass (over 18) Identity card issued by Australia Post.
What can I eat?
There will be food options available at the event.
How do I Purchase?
Cash & Card available! Bars, Food stalls and Merchandise have Card facilities. No cash-out is available.
Wheelchair
Please note that whilst the event is as accessibly friendly as possible – moving through some areas may be challenging in a wheelchair. We encourage all wheelchair patrons to bring a companion with them for assistance.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for any reason unless in the event of cancellation or rescheduled dates.
Prohibited Items:
The following items are prohibited from being taken into the venue:
Aerosol Cans
Alcohol
Animals – Except for Authorised Guide / Companion Animals
Any Liquids – Empty Water Bottles can be refilled inside the designated event area
Bags or containers too large to be stores under a seat
Balls, Sporting Equipment, Bicycles, Skateboards etc.
Homemade, Commercial, or pre-packaged food
Confetti or torn paper
Drones, Professional Cameras or Video Recording Equipment
Eskies and Picnic Baskets
Fireworks or Explosives
Furniture, Tents, Gazebos, or Inflatable Structures, folding chairs, including camp chairs larger than 90cm in height
Glass, Cans or Metal Containers
Illegal or Illicit Drugs or Substances of any Kind
Musical Instruments including Air Horns, Megaphones, Drums etc.
Studded Clothing and Accessories
Umbrellas, Poles, Sticks, Banners or Signs etc.
Weapons of Any Kind
Any item which is reasonably considered by the Promoter or Venue as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to any other person attending the Event.
