Come join us for a refreshing summer evening blending Pure Barre and yoga with meditation! Pure Barre and Lois Cromwell from Sonda Yoga are teaming up for an unforgettable Wednesday night at Summerfield Farms! This event is free, but spots are limited to the first 100 sign-ups. Plus, all attendees will enjoy exclusive discounts at Summerfield Farms.
We'll kick off with 30 minutes of invigorating Pure Barre, followed by 30 minutes of yoga and meditation led by Lois.
