Join me and your trainers Stef, and Chyna on Sunday, May 3 in Manhattan Beach at The Point for a morning built to move you, ground you, and connect you with your community right before the Radiate + Rise Summer Challenge launches on May 4!We’re kicking off a beautiful morning with a high-energy workout, a grounding meditation, and a LIVE recording of the Tone It Down podcast with an open mic Q&A!
Post workout we will have refreshments and hang time with your trainers, connect with your gals, and soak it all in. This is your space to show up, feel strong, and step into your best energy for the season ahead, together.
