Tone Circle Seattle: Community Vocal Toning

Join us every Tuesday evening for 60 minutes of group vocal toning to reduce stress, relieve anxiety, lift a low mood, support physical and emotional healing, and so much more.

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated (your vocal cords will thank you), a zafu or cushion for sitting on the floor. Chairs also provided.

Gentle humming or toning on a vowel sound is a wonderful way for anyone of any skill level to deepen their confidence in the sound healing tool they already carry within. In a world where we need the harmony of our voices to ring out stronger than ever, it’s both an imperative and an enormous pleasure to come together for the vibrational support for our vocal journeys.
