Tone & Sculpt at SVCL with Empower Yoga!

Join SVCL and Empower Yoga on 07/10, 07/17, and 08/07 & 08/21 for an adults only exercise class! 5-6 PM all dates! An all ages (18- 100 + years) all abilities fusion of yoga, pilates, and cardio! All for the low, pay as you go price of $10 per class! Registration required. Registration open for all classes starting June 1st. Stop in the library or call (610) 926- 1555 during SVCL open hours to reserve your spot! Space limited, first come first served. Bring cash ($10) to each class on a pay- as- you- go basis.
