Connect with the next generation of Howard County talent at this event, a community workforce development event uniting local employers, youth, and partners committed to building a stronger future pipeline of leaders.

Employers will learn how to become dedicated partners offering mentorship, job shadowing, internships, and entry-level opportunities that support career readiness and long-term success for Howard County youth.

Together, The Job Coach and The Office of the Local Children’s Board will share how strategic partnerships, case management, and wraparound support can bridge the gap between promising young people and the businesses that need their skills.
