TOMBOY at Light Sleeper

This dinner marks the final TOMBOY pop-up at Light Sleeper before the space closes on February 13.

For this night, the menu is built entirely around fire cooking—wood oven, charcoal grill, live heat—highlighting their kitchen of its fullest potential one last time. It’s a direct response to the space and the way it allowed us to cook.

There will be no wine pairing for this event. Instead, Light Sleeper’s cellar will be available as a curated by-the-glass and bottle list, as well as non-alcoholic options for the evening.

This dinner is hosted on an industry night to give our hospitality community the space to come together and celebrate Light Sleeper one last time. The restaurant has been a home for ideas, pop-ups, and cooks finding their footing, and this night is about honoring that role.
