Harboring the spirits of ancient Khmer warriors, vine covered temples deep in the jungles of Cambodia draw ghost seekers near and far, with whispers around every bas-relief and spooky shadows under moonlight silhouettes of centuries old towers of stone. The largest religious monument in the world is sure to hold secret tales of ghosts and ghouls with a few spectral sightings for those who know where to look!
We’ll dive deep into the jungles on bikes and scooters with the mud splashing on our way to forgotten temples and Buddha’s face peeking out from overgrown vines, trees, roots and bushes. With monkeys howling hello along the way and waterfall swimming to wash off the dirt, we’ll reach our jungle-camp amongst the forgotten temples filled and ancient ghosts of a lost civilization.
Built over 35 years with the aid of over 6,000 elephants and 300,000 laborers, Angkor Wat is the most spectacular temple structure in the world, a symbol dear to Cambodia and a pilgrimage site for Buddhists all over the globe! Larger than the Vatican, older than the Taj Mahal, more stones used to construct than the Pyramids of Giza, and the backdrop for the most stunning sunset, moonrise and sunrise you’ll ever see!
We’ve picked out a special spot for Halloween night next to an unknown temple in the dense jungle where a ghost story is sure to unfold!

Day 0 // Oct 27 // Departure
Meeting at T1 for a flight to Singapore and further connecting flight.
Day 01 // Oct 28 // Arrival + Angkor at night
After arrival and immigration, we’ll check-in to hotel, take rest and explore the city before dinner. Full moon falls today, so to get you into Halloween moods, we ll spend rest of the evening in Angkor Watt, enjoying the speechless night ambience (optional/ subject to government approval).
Day 02 // Oct 29 // Angkor and neighborhoods
Choose your ride: bicycle or scooter and after early breakfast, we’ll start our off-road ride. We ll first head back to Angkor Watt, so you'll have fresh impressions on the day - night difference, followed by Angkor Thom and Bayon. Then continue to the Ta Prum Temple and if you re not too tired, you can crash the traditional Khmer wedding in the evening, as the season has just started!
Distance: 50 km on scooter, 30 km on bicycle.
Day 03 // Oct 30 // Banteay Srei – Floating village Home stay
In the morning, riding to the enchanting temple of Banteay Srei, which is usually everyone's favorite site. The unique charm of this temple is found in its impressive preservation, small size, and excellent decoration. After visiting the temple, we will continue ride to Kampong Khleng floating village to take a boat and explore the vast Tonle Sap Lake. Finally, we will return to the village and stay at home.
Distance: 100 km on scooter, 70 km on bicycle.
Day 04 // Oct 31 // Halloween at Jungle Temple
After breakfast, we say goodbye to our hosts and take the boat back to the mainland and pay a quick visit to Bang Mealea. On our way is Kampong Kdei bridge, which is the longest centuries-old bridge in the province. Further on, we continue deep in the the jungle where we’ll spend a spooky night! We’ll set up our camp, enjoy a BBQ, and meditate in candlelight while we wait for ancient ghosts’ arrival. Once they show up, we’ll celebrate Halloween together!
Distance: 150 km on scooter, 70 km on bicycle.
Day 05 // Nov 01 // Koh Ker Group Temple – Siem Reap
After having breakfast, we will ride to Koh Ker, which used to be an ancient capital of Cambodia. The Koh Ker temple stands at a height of 35 meters and its design resembles a seven-stepped stupa and holds several architectural tricks to reassure the happiness of its visitors. We will then make a stop for lunch along the way. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey straight to Siem Reap, where we will have a farewell dinner and ovenight.
Distance: 150 km on scooter, 70 km on bicycle.
Dinner: Happy Cobra Soup
Day 06 // Nov 02 // Departure
Time to say good bye to jungle temples and head back home!
Grade: Easy to moderate (on bicyles). Limited facilities ahead.
Activities:
Riding, sightseeing, jungle camping, wedding crashing, hanging out with ancient ghosts of Angkor.
