With over 20 years of experience and a reputation as one of Washington’s premier winemakers, Brennon brings a hands-on, low-intervention approach that allows the true character of Washington’s terroir to shine through in every bottle.
From crisp whites to bold reds, each pairing has been selected to complement the fresh, in-season tomatoes featured in every course. Brennon will be joined by Karah DeBord of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, offering guests an insider’s look at the winemaking philosophy behind Substance and the stories behind the wines.
