Join Us for the Tomato Harvest and Seed Saving Party!
We are taking some time to harvest our 7 different varieties and we want you to join in. This is a once a year event, so sign up before it is too late.
Ready to get your hands dirty and have some fun? Come hang out with us in person for a day of Tomato harvesting and seed saving goodness!
First to buy a ticket is first to harvest the tomato varieties of their choice..
All these tomatoes were grown on site, so very low carbon foot print, and they will all be used locally.
You get to harvest some beautiful tomatoes, and learn to process of saving their seeds for your garden. Which mean you will have seeds to plant when Spring 2027 comes around.

Attendees will get to Harvest 5 varieties of tomatoes our of our garden of 7 varieties.
Attendees will get 5 small fermenting jars each variety.
We will take the time to make packets with the names of the varieties.
This is a great opportunity to take on the fermenting process (which is super easy and fun) and take home supplies, equipement and more for importantly SEED for next season ready for planting.

Introduction to the Garden Plot 5 and Coffee
Info: Everyone will have time to come in and grab a hot or iced cup of coffee, and check out our the plot and all the tomato harvest possibilities.
🕑: 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Pick Your Varieties and get your packets ready
Info: First to buy a ticket, is the first to pick their 5 choice Tomatoes to harvest off the vine. A ripe and ready tomato will mean more seeds and of course more tomatoes
🕑: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Dump your seeds and Tag your fermenting jars X5
Info: We will harvest our seeds and place them in a small jar with some water to help ferment them over night, COME BACK TOMORROW OR FINISH UP AT HOME.
🕑: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Come back SUNDAY for more fun or Finish up at home
Info: We will wash and remove our seeds to dry.
🕑: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Garden Tour Saturday and Sunday
Info: While we work, you can take time to walk the property and see what else is growing, including our white pumpkins on the southern outer wall, our 6 new citrus trees and much much more, and our LOOFAH wall
