Wednesdays: May 20 - July 22, 2026
Online pre-registration required for all participants. Sign up early, as race day registration is by QR code and smartphone only.
Registration is required only once for the entire season, but participants must check in each week at registration table. A link to the registrations page is in the upper right of this webpage.
Check-in: Collins Ave, Misquamicut, RI - Park in back parking lot at Pleasant View Inn, 65 Atlantic Ave - enter across the street from the Pleasant View Inn
Start times:
5:30pm: Check-in opens
5:55pm: Check-in closes
6:00pm: Start of Childrens' 1/3 mile run
Immediately after children's run: Start of 1-Mile and 5K
This is a FREE event series put on by the Westerly Track & Athletic Club. We will record any self-reported times for children's run and 5K as submitted through e-mail or recorded on Strava (link below). This is on the honor system, but we reserve the right to request GPS submission for any times anywhere near close to course records.
Youth Awards:
10 and under: if run 5 or more children's runs --> ice cream certificate (need to check in each week at registration table)
16 and under: if run 5 or more 5Ks --> engraved trophy with time, plus paid entry to choice of any WTAC race (need to record time at end of each 5K run)
Please bring your own water or refreshment, and kindly clean up before leaving. For more info, contact [email protected] or (401) 447-1879 .
