Toltec Sacred Journey Breathwork is a powerful somatic ceremony that can support you in experiencing healing and transformation on a spiritual, emotional, and physical level.
Breathwork is based upon the premise that the healer lives within and allows you to journey beyond the limits of your ego self, where you can awaken to the wisdom of your heart and soul - your inner knowing.
With each inhale and exhale, you are invited to participate in an ancient healing ceremony where you begin to release what no longer serves you, access your healer that lives within, and become the person you were born to be!
Using deep, connected, circular breath and evocative music, the breathwork ceremony invites you to breathe until your soul reveals what it wants you to know!

Tina Green is the “Self-Love Queen,” the Founder, Owner, and Transformational Coach at Exposing The Roots.

Jennifer Sedna is a formally initiated shaman in five lineages and has been a healing practitioner for over 15 years. She has studied a wide variety of modalities and incorporates them into her sessions for powerful, deep transformations. She works with clients who desire to deepen their spiritual practices through land-based healing, rituals, prayers, intention, and love. She completed her Sacred Journey Breathwork facilitators training through Freedom Folk & Soul.
