About this Event
The TWA welcomes Kathleen Connally, the coordinator of Bucks/Montgomery County Master Watershed Steward Program, a winner of the Pennsylvania Governor's Award for Environmental Excellence). The program provides training, resources, and ongoing support to volunteers looking to engage in environmental restoration projects and educational programs.
Across Pennsylvania, there are 1,080 Master Watershed Stewards in 55 counties who have collectively planted 136,373 trees and taught over 624,493 adults and kids how to be better stewards to our water, wildlife, and so much more.
Learn about the Bucks County Master Watershed Stewards’ significant accomplishments, how to become a Master Watershed Steward volunteer in Bucks County, or if you’re not ready to volunteer, some ways you can still support the Bucks County program’s efforts to improve water quality and stream health in our own community.
