A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow designed for pairs. Youāll move through supported stretches and balancing poses that encourage trust, breath, and rhythm together. If you come solo, youāre fully supportedāyou may practice on your own or join someone. No experience needed.
Connection Through Play (30 min) š“
Thoughtful card prompts that invite real conversation and curiosityāgoing beyond small talk, without forced sharing.
Tea & Bites (20 min) ā
Herbal teas, refreshing drinks, and light bites. Sit, connect, or simply breathe by the beach.
