The Workforce Innovation Skills Hub (WISH) is a dynamic partnership between Fairfax County, Melwood Community Services, and the Hybla Valley Community Center. The WISH offers technical training, life skills development, community connection, and barrier-removal services—all under one roof. From carpentry and cybersecurity to resume support and childcare, the WISH helps is helping our community create pathways to careers and brighter futures.
