Together We Shine - 2026 Airdrie Pride Festival Booth Registration

Come join us for Airdrie Alberta's Fifth Annual Pride Festival on June 20th, 2026!

As a board, one of our driving beliefs is that people in the 2SLGBTQ+ community should not have to leave their community to find their community. We want our community to find businesses and agencies in their own back yard that support them.

We believe the festival is a great place to show up as an ally to the 2SLGBTQ+ community who proudly call Airdrie and surrounding areas home. For these reasons, and many more, we are passionate to make this year as successful and impactful as possible.

BOOTH REGISTRATION DETAILS

- Each registration ticket entitles you to an assigned standard 10 ft. x 10 ft. outdoor space on the grass in Nose Creek Park (location TBD).

- Given the park setting, there is no accessible power for tents or vendors.

- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, and chairs.

- City of Airdrie park rules require that any tent needs to be adequately secured/weighed down (tent pegs, sandbags, cement blocks, et cetera).

- Booths can't sell food unless it is prepackaged, due to AHS policies.

PARKING

To maximize safety for vendors and participants, vendor parking will be located in the off-leash dog park adjacent to Nose Creek Park. Vendors will be able to drive closer to drop off/pick up booth supplies during our set-up and take down times.

FOOD TRUCK REGISTRATION DETAILS

- Each registration ticket entitles you to an assigned cemented outdoor space in the Nose Creek Parking lot (location TBD).

- Given the park setting, there is no accessible power.

- Vendors are responsible for providing their own supplies, tables, and chairs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Airdrie Pride Festival 2026 is an outdoor, "rain or shine" event; plan for all types of weather conditions. You can recieve a full refund of your booth fee if you cancel 2 weeks before the event. However, if the festival is cancelled for any reason (extreme weather, COVID, etc.) all booths will be refunded.

To ensure an inclusive and inviting experience, Airdrie Pride reserves the right to refuse and refund any booth registration that does not align with our organization’s values.

Refunds for any reason after June 1st will not include the Eventbrite fee that is added on at purchase.

OTHER ACCESSIBILITY

• The park has a cement path throughout but most booths and activities will be on grassed spaces.
• There is a wheeling accessible bathroom facility.
• This event will have loud background sounds (ear plugs will be availble at airdrie pride booth).
