In this special Parent & Child yoga class, you'll explore balance, connection, and creativity through playful partner poses and mirrored movement. Then, shift from body to hands as you design and create matching friendship bracelets using colorful patterns and repeating designs. As you move and make together, you’ll discover how thoughtful repetition and reflection can connect us—on the mat and beyond. A joyful experience for bonding, self-expression, and shared creation.
