Together Through Dementia is a support group for family and friends of individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia.Join us in The Grand Hall at Hillcrest Country Estates Grand Lodge on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Gain the knowledge, support and essential tools needed to strengthen your bond with your loved one while navigating the dementia journey. Refreshments will be provided.
