About this Event

Join Brightlane Learning staff, volunteers, and community partners as we kick off our 25th school year of helping unhoused students succeed! We'll be serving up some cookout favorites while we connect with the people who make our programs possible. We'll have lawn games, card making for students, and some tutor tips and tricks stations, so there's something for everyone to enjoy.

You'll also be able to pick up a 25th anniversary commemorative t-shirt and a yard sign so that you can be a Brightlane Learning ambassador and help more people learn about student homelessness. We need more ambassadors to encourage others to become part of the solution and support Brightlane students as volunteers or by hosting a 25 for 25 Community Drive.

This event is open to the public and is a great opportunity to learn more about all the ways you can help unhoused students build confidence and the grade level skills they need to be promoted to the next grade and secure a stable future, made possible through education. If you are familiar with Brightlane Learning, we encourage you to bring others who want to learn more about changing lives with Brightlane Learning!
