This is an invitation to step into this remembering. To move. To breathe. To let our bodies speak what words cannot. Our common ground is movement. Our language is dance.
No steps to get right, no shapes to imitate, only the simple, profound act of showing up, of being present, of letting presence touch presence.

This workshop offers a return — to the body, to presence, and to each other. A supportive space to move, breathe, express, and be witnessed - to reconnect with yourself and others.

Meet Jakub:
I am a guide in movement, music, and dance. My work is rooted in joy, humor, and compassion—because I believe it is lightness and kindness that open the door to true transformation. At the same time, I am not afraid to meet the darker parts of our humanity and honor the healing power of shadow work.
Since 2012, I’ve led workshops and worked with individuals and groups, supporting people as they explore their inner beliefs and reconnect with a sense of safety, freedom, and strength. My approach—Embodiment Motion—is a body-based practice that weaves together conscious movement, emotion, and spirituality. For me, this is where the greatest potential lies: in creating pathways to more authentic experiences and deeper connection with ourselves and others.
Music feels like a universal language, shaping not only how we move but how we perceive the world.
Since 2015, dance has been the center of my life—a daily practice, a teacher, and a constant source of inspiration for what it means to be human.
My goal is to create spaces where people can truly meet themselves and one another. Spaces where it feels safe to laugh, to cry, to be wild, and to be still. Spaces of true belonging—where the sacred becomes something lived, felt, and real.
We are excited, happy and humble to offer these workshops.
