This Halloween, Branch Out is taking on one of the most terrifying foods known to Western Kentucky: TOFU.
We’re creating a special four-item Tofu Tasting Flight designed to show just how many different things one innocent-looking block of soy can become.
Crispy, savory, completely transformed, and yes, we're even making tofu into dessert.
