Toddler Tuesday: Percussion Petting Zoo

The THSO is excited to share a special percussion petting zoo with little ones during Toddler Tuesday on November 10, 2026, at the Terre Haute Children’s Museum! Join us 10am-12pm for a fun, hands-on experience where toddlers can explore and play a variety of percussion musical instruments. Little ones are invited to tap, shake, and discover different sounds in a safe, engaging environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and early sensory development.
At 11am during the session, Principal Timpani Brian McNulty will share a 20-minute engagement activity that will get toddlers up and moving to the beat!

Tuesday mornings are so FUN at the Museum!
It's 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, a drop-in program designed for little learners to explore, socialize and play. Plus, our Education Team will have some Hands-On Science too!
No reservation is necessary; just tell your friends, bring the littles by and let them know at the Admissions Desk that you're here for Toddler Tuesday.
Oh, and admission is just $5 per person for everyone 1 and over, thanks to a generous grant from the 𝗪𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!
