TodayFit believes that achieving fitness doesn't require an expensive gym membership. Preparation

All abilities are welcome.  Please bring plenty of water and wear sports gear you can easily move in.  The temperature is cool enough at this time for this to be a comfortable session; we regularly workout at this spot. Showers are available afterwards.
