WHAT TO EXPECT
Start with a welcome cocktail and a sensory experience inspired by the distillery. You'll sample new make spirit, toast marshmallows to explore the influence of oak ageing, and enjoy a small bite alongside each aged whisky. Along the way, discover how Fettercairn’s unique copper cooling ring helps create its tropical fruit character, and hear the story of a distillery founded in 1824 and now making its Canadian debut.
THE TASTING LINEUP
• Fettercairn 12 Year Old — American white oak ex-bourbon casks; vanilla, pear, soft spice, nectarine and tropical fruit.
• Fettercairn 16 Year Old — American oak maturation; grilled pineapple, vanilla and baking spice.
• Fettercairn 22 Year Old — First-fill American ex-bourbon casks; banana, citrus, plum, fig and gingerbread.
• Fettercairn 18 Year Old — Scottish Oak — A limited annual release with a Scottish oak finish; sugared almonds, passion fruit, guava and cacao.

Your host is Matthew Parry, Single Malt Specialist for Whyte & Mackay, the company behind Fettercairn. His whisky career has taken him across Asia and North America, and he believes Scotch should be fun, not intimidating. For Matthew, Fettercairn is sunshine in a glass, whatever the season.
