• Boarding & transport to activities
• Visit stops to museums, shopping, spa, lunch, dinner, etc. Since it will be Black History Month, we will explore Black Charlottesville incorporating activities that feature some of our varied interests!

Sat, Feb 20

• Breakfast
• Boarding & Departure from Hotel to TMVB
• Stop along the way for shopping/lunch
• Arrival at TMVB

Registration Fees & Details

Registration Fees cover the cost of travel, lodging, and commemorative tshirt. Some optional group activities may incur additional costs.

• All fees must be paid using the Eventbrite link.
• Minimum Deposit of $25.00 is non-refundable.
• Registration Fees: Double Occupancy $385pp - Guests may identify a roommate or one will be selected for you. Single Occupancy $465pp - Limited availability. Registration for single occupancy must be paid in full no later than October 18, 2026.

• This Eventbrite link permits partial payments. All payments and fees must be paid in full no later than December 31, 2026.
• Registrants will receive individual payment acknowledgements via email within 72 hours. Refund requests for up to 50% of the amount paid less the $25.00 deposit will be considered if submitted in writing no later than January 15, 2027.
