Welcome to the annual Travis Manion Foundation 9/11 Heroes Ruck. This is an official TMF Shadow event. Register online and secure your T-shirt here: https://runsignup.com/Race/PA/Anytown/911HeroesRunShadow
We want to take a moment to remember and honor all the Americans who died and gave their lives to service following the September 11, 2001 terror attacks. We will start and end at Waterfront Park in historic downtown Clermont. We will walk along the bike bath from Waterfront toward Lake Hiawatha Preserve turning around at the half way point. The total distance will be 5K.
Rucks are encouraged but not mandatory. Wear a vest, wear a backpack, or even a diaper bag if you are bringing little ones. This is not a race. We will walk as a group along the route, and wait till everyone has finished before closing the event.
Bring coolers and chairs to stay after and hang out lakeside. If you are of age to drink, please drink responsibly.
Waivers are required for this event for each member in your party. Please sign them early to avoid any delays on event day.
