About this Event

We are delighted to partner with Blue Willow Bookshop for our TMC Helix Park Book Club, which meets quarterly and is free and open to the public.

Join us on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in the TMC3 Collaborative Building's Levy Conference Room as we discuss Love & Saffron: A Novel of Friendship, Food, and Love by Kim Fay.

This novel follows a young food writer in Los Angeles and a seasoned columnist on Camano Island as they form an unexpected friendship through a shared love of food. When Joan sends Imogen a letter with saffron and a recipe, it sparks a heartfelt exchange of recipes, memories, and life stories. As their bond deepens, culinary discoveries stir old emotions and transform their lives until a profound challenge tests the strength of their connection and the healing power of food and love.
