Tlou Segolela Sports Development is proud to officially announce the 16th edition of the Tlou Segolela Annual Festive Tournament (TSAFT2025), one of Limpopo’s premier festive season sporting events.The tournament will take place from 13-14 and 17–31 December 2025 at the Black Rovers Sports Ground, in Moletjie Mabokele, bringing together thousands of athletes, sports lovers, and the broader community in a celebration of youth empowerment, sports development, and community spirit.
What to Expect in 2025
Building on the lessons learned from previous editions, TSAFT 2025 promises to be bigger and better:
- Extended tournament days to ensure smoother scheduling, allowing fair play in cases of penalties or rain delays.
- More categories:
This year’s edition will feature Men’s Soccer, Ladies’ Soccer, U21 Soccer, U17 and Netball.
-Massive participation:
Over 1600+ athletes across all categories are expected to compete
-Youth and women at the heart:
Following community feedback, greater investment has been placed in the Ladies’ Soccer and U21 divisions, further strengthening TSSD’s commitment to inclusivity and long-term sports development.
A Festival of Sport & Community
For over 15 years, TSAFT has been more than just a tournament, it has been a launchpad for local talent, with numerous players scouted into professional teams. The event also serves as a platform for community development initiatives, attracting dignitaries, traditional leaders, celebrities, and professional players and more, who rally behind this vision.
