TLC Culinary Club Degustation Dinner

Join our TLC Culinary Club for their annual degustation dinner from 6:00pm on Friday 4 September or Saturday 12 September in the Main Administration Building's Staffroom here at TLC.
Led by Chef Ben Milbourne, our Culinary Club will cook and serve guests five courses of modern Australian cuisine with a focus on fresh Australian produce. Soft drinks and water will be provided as part of the ticket.
This is a ticketed event with limited seating. Tickets cost $70 per person + booking fees, all ages are welcome.

Beef Carpaccio
Textures of Cauliflower
Kingfish Carpaccio with Mexican Flavours
Slow Cooked Beef Cheek with Seasonal Vegetables
Modern Bread & Butter Pudding
Please be advised that due to the complexity of the dishes being prepared by our students, we are only able to offer Gluten Free or Vegetarian dietary options. The menu will contain seafood and dairy.
Seating will be allocated based on RSVPs, there is no need to book a specific table.
Due to the fact that we need to plan and prepare meals based on numbers in advance, we are unable to accommodate any other guests after 10:00am on the day prior to each seating, even if you forgot to purchase tickets.
