Tis the Season for Smoothies & Yoga!

Whoa, the holiday season is here already! Let's celebrate with a full-sized smoothie for just $5... and yes, that also includes the full one-hour yoga session with Sarah! This will be an all-levels class, so don't worry about being super flexible and bendy. Every body is welcome! After the class, we can all indulge in our favorite Playa Bowls smoothie. Have some extra fun and wear your favorite ugly Christmas sweater! I recommend wearling it as a layer though - sometimes movement can get you feeling a bit warm.
