This workshop will help you to be even easier to lead, and will help you to look and feel even more amazing on the dance floor.
You will be discovering the easy steps that you can take to improve your self awareness, poise and fluidity.
Developing your understanding of connection with the floor and your own core/centre will greatly enhance your balance, shape and flow.
Ideally you will be a regular social Lindy Hopper and be at least confident with your basic Lindy Turn, Swing Out and Circle.
Are you an insightful Lead who wishes to develop your understanding of the role of the Follow to enhance your Lead technique? If so, you are welcome too!
The cost of the workshop is £16.
The infamous Swingrave Tea Dance with Will d'Frill and Jill and Norman follows the workshop (3-7pm) - please do stay! If you do you will receive a £2 discount on the entry price when you check in at the door.
