White after Labor Day?! You bet! This is Florida and the heat will be with us for a while longer. A challenge was issued: "Create a wine tasting of only white wines." Challenge accepted! Rest assured it will be accomplished tastily.
Tickets are $30 and need to be purchased in advance by calling 352-672-6303. Make sure you can attend, as there are no refunds. A private chef will provide a bread and cheese pairing for this exploration.
