Over time, the Declaration of Independence was followed by the Constitution, the Civil War, the Civil Rights Act, and various laws about voting rights, immigration, and more. This talk shares some of the ways national events and laws have influenced Chester County and how ordinary people have been and continue to be part of the ongoing revolution in our county and country.
