Welcome to Tiny Yoga & Art Class!

Join us for a magical yoga adventure designed just for little ones (ages 3-5)! Through music, movement, hands-on breathing activities, and playful crafting, we’ll explore mindfulness in a fun and engaging way. This class nurtures creativity, body awareness, and emotional regulation—all while having a blast!

[Note we will be moving outside, so encouraged to bring yoga mat, or towel. Also, parents are encouraged to stay near by or even join for the youngers to build confidence and engagement - no parent ticket needed]
