Tiny Treats: Polymer Clay Mini Food Magnets
About this Event
Come make something tiny, nostalgic, and almost good enough to eat!
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the basics of working with polymer clay while creating your own collection of miniature food-inspired magnets. Recreate a favorite snack, a nostalgic treat, a beloved family dish, or simply something that makes you smile. Your creations can be realistic, silly, wonderfully wonky, or somewhere in between—all approaches are welcome.
We’ll cover how to condition, shape, texture, and add details to polymer clay, with plenty of examples and friendly guidance along the way. No previous experience is needed, and there’s no pressure to make anything perfect—tiny food is especially charming when it’s a little wonky.
Your ticket includes:
• All polymer clay and supplies
• Magnets for your finished pieces
• Guided instruction and plenty of open making time
• A $10 voucher to use at Brave Neighbor
Come on your own or bring someone along. Glowfish events are designed to be welcoming, low-pressure spaces where you can try something new, connect with the people around you, and leave with something you’re proud of.
