Participants will be introduced to the sport of running, combined with technical development and fundamental techniques.
About this Event

Tiny Titans participants will be introduced to the sport of running, combining technical development and fundamental techniques, with an emphasis on finding JOY! Participants will be divided into K-5 and 6-8 and will be coached by UWO/Fusion Fit Team Members.


Fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques are covered. Partipants will receive a certificate of completion and t-shirt.


T/W/Th July 28-30th, 2026

5:15pm-6:30pm


Cost: $25/particpant

*No one is ever turned away for inability to pay. Scholarships are available for student athletes in need.
