This will be a light-hearted, anecdote filled look at discuss the hows, whats and whys, the joys, heartache and the pure brutality of the writing life!
Keggie Carew is the author of ‘BEASTLY: The 40,000-Year Story of Animal and Us’ shortlisted for the Wainwright Prize for Writing on Conservation, and a Book of the Year for the Financial Times, Waterstones and BBC History Magazine. In 2016 she won the Costa Biography Award for her unconventional, shape-shifting memoir, DADLAND. Her collection of true stories of terrible moments, QUICKSAND TALES, was a Daily Mail book of the year in 2019.
