Nama-sit… and nama-sleigh! Kick off the holiday season with MEHS, Seabright Yoga and the Village of Glen Carbon by joining the the holly-est and jolly-est puppy yoga event on Saturday, November 22nd from 10 AM to 11 AM. Your $40 ticket includes an hour of guided yoga, festive puppy playtime, and plenty of photo ops guaranteed to melt even the Grinch’s heart. Registration is limited to 25 spaces, and each ticket is $40 per person. All ages welcome.
Space is limited, so grab your mat, your friends, and your holiday spirit. All proceeds benefit Metro East Humane Society and make the season bright for shelter pets.
