Your ticket includes tastings of over a dozen tinned fish + seafood from around the world plus paired accompaniments, paired non-alcoholic drinks, and sample bites from our tinned seafood cooking demonstration, too.

This is a stand-up, reception-style event, so you're free to move around the many tasting stations at your own pace. Arrive anytime 6:30pm - 8:30pm, but be sure to be here around 7:15pm when our cooking demo begins. We'll show how to prepare a cold salad dish and a hot pasta dish to make entrees that spotlight unique tinned seafood. Along with samples of these dishes, we'll also pass out recipe cards for you to keep.
