Tinker Day: Buildings and Structures

Come learn about how tall buildings are built. Then test yourself in an engineering challenge where you get to design your own framework skyscraper and put it up against your friends. We will test the structures strength against earthquakes, high winds, and heavy loads. You will learn about the natural forces that our smallest homes and tallest buildings resist each day and what the future looks like for human habitation.
