High school and middle school track athletes are invited to us for a time trial and gear expo at the Bethany Activity Center. Try demo shoes from Asics, Hoka, New Balance, and On, and check out products from Chicken Legs, Oofos, and Maurten Nutrition. Talk to strength coaches and physical therapists about staying healthy. College runners will also be available to talk about all things track.
All junior high and high school athletes can participate in a 400m preseason time trial—preregister to compete for a chance to win Plated Running shoes for the top girl and boy in grades 6-8 and 9-12. Further information will follow post-registration.
