The Detroit ASG Costume Makers Group is having a picnic in July! We encourage people to come dressed in fashions from all eras and genres - pirate, renaissance, steampunk, historical, viking, etc.
We have reserved the Fast Shelter at Gallup Park in Ann Arbor, just off Geddes Rd. on Saturday, July 11, 2026. It is a beautiful location with walking paths, a marvelous playground for the kids, and even a canoe livery for the daring. We have a large sheltered area with grills and restrooms near by.
So come out to Ann Arbor in your Time Travelling Picnic Finery (not required, but definitely encouraged).
