I am so happy to invite you to this waves workshop with English 5Rhythms teacher Alex Mackay. It's the first time Alex will facilitate a workshop in Denmark, and you are all invited to join.

About the workshop:
"Following Gabrielle Roth's elegant 5Rhythms maps, we will inhabit the moment, reclaim lost energy from the past and call back our attention that drifts into the future.
Seeking awareness of how we travel out of the moment into the past and future, we will develop skills to help us find the way back to the riches of being here now.
Sending love to our former selves, connecting with the energy and perspectives from younger days, seeking wholeness and letting healing flow in both directions.
Dedicating our dances to our ancestors, known and unknown. Opening to the truths and experiences of our ancestors, how they lived and loved. Expanding our connection with all of life, travelling through time all the way back to where we were stardust, returning through different eras and soundscapes.
Turning our attention towards the future and how we can dream and create a positive way forward, individually and collectively.

Teacher: Alex Mackay, teaching the 5Rhythms since the 1990s. She is known for light and depth in her teaching. She has a lot of energy and loves to dance with the group.

Friday Nov. 20th: 7pm to 9.30 pm
Saturday Nov. 21st: 11.am to 6 pm
Sunday Nov. 22nd: 10.30 am to 4.30 pm

Workshop prices:
Early Bird for the whole workshop, valid until October 19th: 1875 Danish Crowns (incl. tax) and 1500 Danish Crowns, if you are under 30 years, when you Buy your ticket.
Regular price: 2187,50 Danish Crowns (incl. tax) and 1750 Danish Crowns, if you are under 30 years, when you Buy your ticket.
It's possible to apply for discounts if you are unemployed, pensioners or full time students.
Part payment can be arranged.
