The amazing Annmarie is starting a Monthly event called 'Time to Pause' @ The Alma Pub Sidcup
The idea is for women going through or have been through Peri-menopause/Menopause to get together and share their experiences/advice ,Just have a chat and a laugh or need to get out the house.
Dont worry its not sit down pour your heart out situation, but there will be a corner for that too❤️
We've got an amazing group of people coming that do all the things that we need but are not just there for the promotion (although, hopefully you'll like them and possibly use them going forward)
But ultimately they are coming because they understand what we are going through.
Starting Wednesday 3rd June, 7-9pm The Alma pub. £8 per person.
The Beauty Geek - for all your random hair issues
Gary the Trainer for Health and exercise advise.....plus sarcasm 😂
Mind in Bexley - for anyone that wants a chat or further info on Mental health.
The Little Mustard Seed - for those who want to get a bit crafty.
