Are you ready to fly?We'll be taking to our hands to play with a few hand balances and transitions to link hand balances you'll potentially find in classes.
This 2hour workshop with Leah will consist of :
A strong flow to warm up the body to start with which will include some prob based stuff you can mess around with at home or incorporate into your own practice when working towards stronger postures.
We'll them move on to playing around with quite a few hand balances, such as:
- Bakasana
- ( transition too and from)
- Tittibhasana
- Parsva Bakasana
-(transition to)
- Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1
- and Astavakrasana
(Have a Google!)
We will end with a short Yin flow just to bring you back to earth before savasana.
No experience required at all. You might surprise yourself!
Obviously theres snacks included (#snacklife) but feel free to bring lunch and anything else you feel you might need.
There's tea & coffee on offer. If you use alternative milks please bring this along with you.
All bricks, belts and Mats are included but please bring with you a pair of fluffy socks and something warm for savasana and travelling home in.
