About this Event
We all begin each day with the same 24 hours—yet some people seem to stretch those hours into extraordinary impact, while others end the day wondering where the time went.
This powerful session invites participants to pause, reflect, and uncover how they’re truly spending their time. Through guided self-assessment, attendees will gain a clear picture of how they currently value and use their hours—then learn how to align those minutes with what matters most.
Designed for women entrepreneurs balancing multiple priorities, this interactive presentation explores the science behind habit formation and the “cue-routine-reward” loop that shapes our daily behavior. Participants will learn how to apply proven techniques like “habit stacking” to build sustainable routines that support productivity rather than drain it.
We’ll also shine a light on four hidden culprits that silently steal success: multitasking myths, lack of planning, digital distractions, and the tendency to overcommit.
By the end, you’ll leave with more than strategies—you’ll leave with a new relationship to time itself, empowered to create habits that transform your days into purpose-driven progress. Join us and discover how managing your time with intention can change everything.
This event is presented through Power Up Your Tech, a program by Powerful Women Collective that empowers women in business with access to better tools, resources, and mentorship. As a Power Partner, Neal Grossheider brings his experience in strategic leadership and productivity to help participants strengthen both their systems and their confidence.
To take advantage of filling every seat, in addition to this event being available to our PUYT Illuminators (cohort members), we are also opening up attendance to other supporters through a nominal donation to our organization.
