3 workshops led by 3 fabulous female creatives - no pressure and lots of fun!
Workshop 1: Writing around the Menopause with writer/spoken word poet Helen Jeffery
Workshop 2: Find your Funny - Comedy with Claire Berry from Fem de la Femme
Workshop 3: Confidence Building with musical theatre performer Gillian Hardie
Lunch - Light lunch included (please advise of dietary requirements)
There will be various stalls and lots of time to chat with others and find out what’s on offer locally to support you through menopause.
