Throughout this immersive evening, you’ll explore the fundamentals of beef sourcing, grading, and cut selection, followed by live demonstrations of three signature preparations:
- Strip Steak — master high-heat searing & finishing techniques
- Tri-Tip — learn the reverse sear, slicing, & temperature control
- Red Wine–Braised Oxtail — rich, slow-braised perfection
