💃 Timba Choreography (1 hr)
Turn knowledge into movement! In this energetic session, you’ll dive into a Timba choreography that connects everything you’ve learned. Feel the rhythm, embody the music, and let the history come alive in your steps.
Sunday: Find Your Groove & Dance to the Beat
✨ Cuban Body Movement (1 hr)
Start the day by unlocking the secrets of Cuban body movement. Learn how to isolate, flow, and move with the grace and authenticity that make Cuban dance so unique.
🎶 Timba Musicality (2 hrs)
1. Explore the essence of Cuban music with practical exercises designed to sharpen your ear for rhythm and musical patterns. Play with dynamics, levels, and the unique energy of Timba!
2. Bring it all together with a Musicality Choreography. This session is all about applying what you’ve learned, translating the music into powerful, expressive movement.
